Reads.me (“Service”) is operated by **D.AT Analytics LLC** (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Durham, North Carolina. Accounts** * You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. * You are responsible for all activity under your account. * We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. --- ## **4. Subscriptions and Payments (App Store Compliance)** If you purchase a subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play: ### **Apple App Store** * Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. * Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. * You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. * Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. ### **Google Play** * Payment will be charged to your Google account. * Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. * You can manage subscriptions via Google Play settings. * Refunds are handled by Google, not by us. ### **General** * Pricing may change with notice. * We do not control third-party billing systems. --- ## **5. User Content** You retain ownership of your content, including recordings, transcripts, and generated stories. You grant us a **worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license** to: * Host, store, process, and display your content * Operate and improve the Service * Perform analytics (see Section 11) --- ## **6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer** The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate and modify content.
